Somewhere between 1.5-2 years ago I started playing D&D with a meetup group. Since then I’ve made some great friends. I’ve played in some pretty amazing campaign arcs. I’ve even DMed maybe a dozen sessions too. I love D&D (5e), though I’m also really excited by how many other RPG systems there are out there.
I’ve encouraged one idea as I’ve organized the meetup group. We should live up to our namesake, London RPG Community, by actively running different systems. These systems could serve as one-or-two-session tasters. We are kicking off with Call of Cthulhu in January and February 2019. It was the most popular choice among our players and DMs. I’m really excited to learn a new system. I’ve picked out a couple of the published scenarios to run. I’m really hoping this all plays out well for everyone involved!
